It’s that time of the week again: The time where we take a look at what local security bloggers have been up to. Last week, we went on a vacation without telling anyone and we are sorry about that. We promise to do a better job at communication from now on. #2 -FBI Drive for Encryption Backdoors Is Déjà Vu for Security Experts: RIM has come under fire lately over it’s encrypted e-mail communications for companies and governments from India and the United Arab Emirates to locate its severs in its countries but now the FBI wants any company doing business in the States could not create an encrypted communication system without having a way for the government to order the company to decrypt it, and those who currently do offer that service would have to re-tool it.
