It’s hard to believe it’s been a year already but the 1105 Government Group is readying their GovSec Expo & Conference event for next month. The Expo will feature some of the newest tools and technologies related to incident prevention and hazard/disaster response. The best thing of all is that the Expo is FREE for government, government contractors, and military. And don’t miss two special areas on the floor called Focus on Digital Forensics and the Cybersecurity Pavilion.
The Conference itself includes four tracks: Critical Infrastructure Planning, and Protection; Cybersecurity and Information Assurance; Domestic and International Terrorism: Deterrence, Preparation and Response; and Law Enforcement Case Studies and Tactics. The Cybersecurity and Information Assurance track looks the most interesting related to our focus however if you are in law enforcement, the Law Enforcement Case Studies and Tactics track is FREE.
Both the Expo and Conference include vendors, information, and tracks focusing on legal issues as well with the U.S. Law Conference & Expo being held in conjunction with GovSec. And if that weren’t enough, FOSE will be co-located, providing a unique mix of physical and cyber security conference sessions and exhibitions.
