Top 3 NoVA Infosec Blog Posts of the Week

It’s that time of the week again: The time where we take a look at what local security bloggers have been up to. We only had a few blog posts this week as most of our bloggers were on vacation from a busy Shmoocon and two weeks of bad DC weather, hence we picked the top blogs from random topics.

If you can’t get enough of the local security scene, check out our NovaInfosec Twits list for even more great security blogs and people to follow on Twitter. Also be sure to follow, myself (@nathiet), @grecs, and @novainfosec on Twitter if you want to know more about what’s going on in the local security community during the week.

And without further ado … here are the top random picks for this week.

#3 – Uninspired: We won’t say a lot about this blog post, but Ben Tomhave delivers his random thoughts on information security with most of them focusing in organizational transformation. Click here to examine his thoughts.

#2 – Google Buzz, Privacy, and You: “You have zero privacy anyway. Get over it.” Peter Hesse tells you why there should be an outcry over Google buzz’s privacy. Click here to read his arguments.

#1 – Get the Divers Out of the Water: Interested in a scenario for information security? Richard Bejtlich has a great one for you, and you really want to read about as we all dive in shark infested water. Click here to read more

Well, that’s all this week. Be sure to check back next week for more great blog posts from local security bloggers.
