Like we mentioned in our Calendar Post, one of our primary goals at NovaInfosecPortal is to create a community for infosec professionals in the NoVA, DC, and MD area. But that community doesn’t always have to be formal or comprised of members-only organizations; for those of you who are unable to commit to a professional infosec organization right now, organizations like the 2600 Group – Baltimore provide community without all the usual membership requirements.
